Fees

The Doctors at NSO are committed to providing the highest quality of care to all

patients. The length of a consultation will vary depending on the complexity of the presenting problem and each patient’s needs. This will determine the fee charged for the consultations. Learn more about our Fee Policy.

Cancellations

​

When patients do not show up or cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent other patients from being seen sooner. Cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment will be subjected to a rebooking fee equivalent to your standard consultation fee. The payment will be credited to your upcoming consultation fee. Late arrival to appointments may lead to rescheduling of the appointment.

Referrals

Our practice requires all patients to have a valid referral. Please note it is also our policy not to book a new appointment without a referral. This is because we use a triage process to ensure all patients are being seen within a medically appropriate timeframe. Learn more about our Referral Policy.
