cANCELLATION POLICY

​We understand that there may be unexpected circumstances that prevent you from attending an appointment. However, when patients do not attend or cancel without giving enough notice, they prevent other patients from being seen sooner. Late arrivals are disruptive and compromise the level of service we wish to provide to you and all our patients.

Our cancellation policy is therefore as follows:
 

• Cancellations made with less than 2 business days’ notice – you will be required to prepay your next appointment. The payment will be credited to your upcoming consultation fee (i.e. you will not be charged twice for the same appointment).

• Cancellations made with less than 1 business day notice – you will be required to prepay your next appointment. The payment will be credited to your upcoming consultation fee. (i.e. you will not be charged twice for the same appointment). You will also be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of $70.00.

• Late arrival to appointments may lead to rescheduling of the appointment, or less time with the doctor. Please call us to advise if you will be running late.
   

To minimise the risk of missing your appointment, a reminder SMS will be sent 4 days prior to your appointment. Please check your appointment details carefully.​
